The selection match for the ISSF World Cup in Munich was held today on the BRC Sporting Club range in Bohernabreena. Unfortunately whether it was due to the unseasonably cold weather which saw snow on the ground at the start of the first detail and intermittent hailstorms or just bad luck, but no-one reached the required threshold score of 589.

Mike Dunne won the competition with a personal best of 580 on countback from Tony Cogan followed closely by Sandy Wilson with a 579. The NTSA would like to thank everyone who took part in what was an enjoyable competition (weather apart) and especially BRC Sporting Club for kindly hosting the event on their excellent range. Special thanks to Ciaran O'Brien and Liam McCormack of BRC who were unstinting in their assistance in setting up and running the competition. The NTSA would also like to thank Rathdrum Rifle and Pistol Club for lending their targets for the event.
